Before beginning her legal career, Joanne dedicated her expertise to supporting students as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher in a London secondary school. Driven by a desire for new challenges and intellectual growth, she returned to academia in 2016, graduating with first-class honours in Criminology and Sociology.
Gatehouse Chambers’ Marketing Team has earned industry recognition and is currently shortlisted for Marketing Team of the Year at the Legal 500 Bar Awards 2025.
