Gemma Witherington appointed Civil Recorder, Midland Circuit

We are delighted to report that Gemma Witherington  has been appointed as a Civil Recorder for the Midland Circuit.  This is in addition to her earlier appointment this year as Deputy District Judge.

We understand that Gemma is the youngest Recorder to be appointed with a Civil ticket on the Midland Circuit, which is a fabulous achievement.
