Professional Liability Online Seminar Series – The use of experts in claims against financial professionals

Gatehouse Chambers’ Professional Liability Team will be hosting the fourth session of their Professional Liability Online Seminar Series at 11am on Thursday, 27 January 2022.

Tom Bell and Martyn Griffiths will examine when, both as a matter of law and also in practice, the Court is likely to give permission for expert evidence in financial adviser cases, both on liability and quantum.
