National Property Law Conference 2023 – The Law Society

Morayo Fagborun-Bennett has been invited by The Law Society to speak at their National Property Law Conference 2023 on Tuesday 10th October.

The panel will consider the impact the government’s Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022 (the Act) has had on leaseholders, freeholders and developers. They will discuss the right to manage and changes to freehold, as well as what’s coming up next.
