In July this year, the Insolvency Service published a Post Implementation Review of the permanent measures introduced by the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020.
Sarah Clarke, Jonathan Titmuss and Phillip Patterson will be discussing that Review and offering their own thoughts on the effectiveness of those measures three years on in an interactive session.
