Members of our Costs team are frequently asked to draft retainers or other funding documents, or to advise on those currently utilised by professional clients. They have recently been involved in advising on the establishment of a niche litigation funding practice and the costs issues arising, advising firms of solicitors where retainers are to be transferred, advising in relation to group litigation orders and directions and advising litigation funders.
